Planning a wedding can be stressful– but it doesn’t have to be! A planner can save you time, energy, stress and money. While you are paying for their services, the advice that you get and the vendor recommendations can help you save in a number of ways. Couples often underestimate the amount of hours it takes to put a wedding celebration together. It has been found that the average wedding takes over 200 hours to plan. Our design and planning services can help you choose venues, vendors, help with budgets and timelines, give decor and fashion advice, school you on etiquette and gratuity expectations, and attend to all the unique design touches your wedding requires leading up to the wedding day. As the bride, it is your job to take in every moment of your wedding day and enjoy the experience. Hiring a wedding planner will not only help you do that, but will help remind you of that leading up to the wedding as well. And that final month prior to your wedding, a Coordinator will confirm your vendors, make a timeline, run your rehearsal, and be there to make sure that you, your family, and friends enjoy a totally stress-free day!

I AM ALREADY WORKING WITH A COORDINATOR AT MY VENUE. WHY DO I NEED YOUR HELP?
Typically, Venue Coordinators at hotels or venues have the job of overseeing the wedding details that are directly related to the venue. It is not in their job description to confirm your vendors, run your rehearsal, oversee the vendors on your wedding day, cue you down the aisle at your ceremony, and make sure all of the day’s events are running according to schedule. Our planning services supplement the services offered by your Venue Coordinator, Catering Staff, and all other vendors needed to make your day one to remember!
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT WEDDING PLANNING SERVICE I NEED?
That’s what we are here for! During our initial consultation call, we know the right questions to ask in order to learn more about your upcoming wedding. During this time, we will discuss your wedding and coordination needs, as well as answer any questions you have about what we can do for you to make this process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. After learning more about your Montana wedding vision, we will determine if a certain service is the perfect fit, or we will customize something to meet your needs.

ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL?
Whether you are traveling to Montana from out of state/country, or are planning a destination wedding elsewhere, we are always willing and excited to try something new! Soiree 99 loves to travel and a destination wedding is always extra special. If Montana is your destination wedding spot, consider us the experts! If you are traveling elsewhere, we will gladly do the research and use our network of vendors to make sure we are planning the perfect destination wedding day for you no matter where we go. Do not hesitate to think outside the box, ask about new venues or ideas. We are very comfortable with working with vendors or clients from outside the Montana area as well as communicating via email, phone, Facetime or Skype.
WE ARE PLANNING A DESTINATION WEDDING IN MONTANA, BUT DO NOT LIVE IN THE AREA. CAN YOU HELP US?
You bet we can! In fact, over 75% of our clients do not live in Montana – they live all over the country, even the world. We are very comfortable working with out-of-city/state/country clients and communicating via phone,
e-mail, FaceTime, and Skype. Throwing a Montana Wedding Celebration for guests that have never been here is such a treat. We love nothing more than showing off our gorgeous state!
WHAT DO YOU WISH MORE PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT WEDDING AND EVENT PLANNERS?
We do a lot more than you think! Many brides look into a day of wedding planner and don’t realize that “day of” planning actually takes a month of preparation. Finalizing all vendor communications, building timelines, running your rehearsal, and a number of other last minute errands are just a few of the many details that go into making sure your wedding day runs smoothly. Without a wedding planner, a lot of the work falls back on you, your wedding party, or your family. All of which who should be spending their time having fun and celebrating you!
WHAT OTHER SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
While we adore planning weddings, we also take joy in putting together a memorable corporate retreat, a meaningful nonprofit fundraiser, or a stylish holiday party. Our specialties range from races and reunions to galas and conferences.
We also cannot get enough of planned proposals, engagement and bachelorette parties, bridal and baby showers, even birthday and anniversary bashes. The sky’s the limit at Soiree 99. If you can dream it, we can do it!
